Wonderful
I have been using Dr. Higgins for 10 years of more. He is a wonderful Dr! He does not spend time chit chating, totally evaluates what you are there for and does everything possible to get you healed quickly. I have had several medical issues since I have been seeing him.. I have had several Doctors and he is the best.
